I used to do photography as a way to make extra money when I was working what seemed like a million part time jobs. Once I began working a full time job (that I love) I realized I didn't want to spend nights and weekends for hours on end editing photo shoots for what really was very little money.

Now I have moved more into doing photography for me. I still do some friends family shoots, senior photos or even a wedding here and there but my passion for photography is increasing becoming interwoven with my love for the wild spaces out in nature.  I love interpreting God's artwork through the lens of my camera.

I have been in photography since the mid 90's, did an internship in a professional studio, have taken classes and taught classes. I don't carry a ton of equipment since that gets heavy to tote around over the mountains. Its the simplicity of the camera, the glass and me that I love. I hope you do too.
